Zen Shabbat

January 26th
7pm ET
NYC + Online

Lab/Shul and the New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care invite you to our second of four seasonal Zen Shabbat gatherings, in person and online. This ritual is a shared experience of sacred space and time, harmonizing the Jewish Sabbath slowdown with traditional Zazen meditation practice.

This winter offers a medicinal invitation to sit, guided with much needed breath, sabbath prayers, song and dharma. We will dedicate this ritual to all the ways with which we can appreciate what’s nourishing in the midst of deep uncertainty and fear in our world.
